Although interesting, I had a yearning for mentorship and developing others. This led me to become a Talent Specialist, which provided me with valuable insights into the dynamics of Career Coaching. Over the 11 years, I've honed my skills through hands-on experiences, further education, and a genuine passion for personal and professional growth.
